The Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification is designed for experienced candidates able to utilize the Salesforce Experience applications. The certified professionals should have at least 6 months of experience dealing with the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform and possess skills to troubleshoot platform issues. This Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant accreditation is a proof that you are capable of building and configuring Salesforce Experience apps, through utilizing the capabilities of the Experience platform. To earn this certification, candidates need to earn the Salesforce Administrator certificate. After that, you need to pass the Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant exam. The exam includes 60 questions of multiple-choice and multiple select types which you need to complete within 105 minutes. Gaining 65% in the exam is a mark that guarantees you success in the exam. It is a proctored evaluation and you can take it either at a testing center or in an online proctored environment. Before taking the exam you need to pay $200 of an exam fee. Note, that this exam is a closed-book and additional materials are not allowed. In addition, the exam will contain 5 more questions that are unscored and won’t affect the final score.

Next, you should be able to choose the suitable theme and define the appropriate Template for the Experience, implement packaging, importing, and exporting a template, evaluate the usage of lightning bolts in Experiences. After that, you should demonstrate your skills in applying different ways to create users, defining the best way to create a user for an Experience, explaining options for Single sign-on, finding the way how user access can be granted to an Experience. To add more, you should be able to implement and analyze Experience Moderation features, utilize basic best practices for engagement and adoption. Apart from the skills mentioned, you should be capable of performing your skills in such topics as setup, configuration & administration, as well as in customization limitations & considerations. In these sections, you are expected to implement the sequence of steps for using Channel Sales PRM (Partner Relationship Management), explain how an Experience can be activated, find the steps to create a public Experience, and setup Topics.
